 The Sausage Maker at Laird Ranch has been a custom producer of Smoked Meats since 1958.
We custom smoke and package Jerky, Turkey, Chops, Sausages, Hams and Bacon. We can create hundreds of varieties of smoked sausages.
Our Signature items are our Maple Cured Smoked Turkeys and Smoked Pork Chops. Our Beef Jerky is thick, hand cut, cured with a century old recipe. Smoked meats and Jerky are available only by visiting our Ranch Store.
Laird Ranch produces Wild Game Sausages and Jerky. Bring us your Venison or game!!
