Laird Ranch has been a producer of Smoked Meats since 1958.
We make, smoke and package Jerky, Sausages, Fish and Cheese right here on the premises.
Three flavors of Smoked Cheese are done here at the ranch. Our Smoked Salmon is "The Best in The West" and our homemade German Sausage is premier quality. We also carry a complete line of home-canned pickles and jams and jellies. Check out our sausage shop for all of our products.
Our facilities are Texas Health Department licensed, inspected and approved.
